  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Hotel or restaurant business, preferrably in 5* international Hotel environment
  • Experience in the similar position
  • Knowledge of various food service styles
  • Knowledge of coordinating group reservations and requests
  • Familiarity with food and beverage cost control
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments; delegate work
  • Ability to lead and direct supervisors and follow up with progressive disciplinary methods when needed
  • Ability to motivate staff and maintain a cohesive team
  • Ability to ascertain departmental training needs and provide such training
  • Ability to focus attention to details
  • Fluent English (both written and oral)
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills


  • Organize all the assigned functions and complete preparation work in accordance to departmental standards
  • Constantly monitor staff performance in all phases of service and job functions, ensuring that all procedures are carried out to departmental standards
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and working condition of departmental equipment, supplies and work areas
  • Plan, organize and monitor the set-up, service and breakdown
  • Assist Restaurant Service Staff with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests
  • Responsible for forecasting and scheduling
  • Meet all the forecasted and budgeted obligations within acceptable guidelines
  • Conduct training of staff
