IFRS Manager



  • Manage the process of monthly financial close within Finance functions and across all departments;
  • Co-ordination of IFRS Reporting and preparation of Financial Statements for JDE RU, taking into consideration different Reporting entities (Retail, Pro, Export);
  • Supervision of production and analyzing of monthly, quarterly, yearly reports (Income statement, Balance Sheet, etc.), answer on various needs from HQ, provide necessary disclosures to management, other departments, budget holders;
  • Manage Intercompany X Charge process (for Marketing expenses, Management Fees, HR, IS, Sundries) between JDE RU and JDE Group, including proposals for the optimal ways to solve I-Co disputes;
  • Deliver consistency in preparation of actual data for statutory reporting and for internal Management Report and provision of cost analysis by function and expense type. Ensure provision of transparent and timely financial information and analysis;
  • On-going review of changes in JDE group Policies and IFRS and Ensure full compliance of reporting to policies & guidelines, including internal and external audit requirements;
  • Manage regular external IFRS audit review;
  • Define, propose and implement improvements in reporting processes;
  • Active participation in changes to the accounting systems with a view of consistency in business processes and relevance to budget control;
  • Drive the development of the system infrastructure to deliver efficient reporting;
  • Drive the partnership with other functions on all Corporate Finance and especially reporting related matters as well as all Finance related subjects;
  • Maximize engagement with all relevant stakeholders;
  • Contribute as a key expert or as a Finance team representative in Finance/Business Projects works;
  • Motivate reporting team whilst developing the Talent Pipeline and promote Talent Development.


  • University Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting;
  • International professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA or any other similar qualifications) full or part;
  • Excellent knowledge of IFRS;
  • Solid knowledge of RAS;
  • Solid knowledge of budgeting and controlling;
  • Acknowledged and proven leadership skills, specifically in managing intra-departmental and intra-subsidiary relations;
  • Advanced English (spoken and written);
  • In-depth knowledge of financial software packages (SAP, BPC);
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance role;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in people management;
  • Experience in Management accounting and financial analysis;
  • Experience with transformation and consolidation software (SAP, BPC etc.).
