Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years work experience in kitchen field in 5* international Hotel environment is a must
  • Core education or Culinary College Degree
  • Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management
  • Good organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Management the kitcehn operation of an Italian Restaurant (OVO by Carlo Cracco)
  • Strict maintenance established sanitary regulations
  • Elaboration of dishes, creating menus
  • Correct maintenance of equipment properly and safely
  • Management and control the whole team of Cooks
