Senior manager/Head of HSE Project

Main responsibility:

• Develop methodology of Mini-T HSE project, i.e. methodologies to be implemented, team formation, schedules, working groups, achieve real measurable change of behavior of people on sites.
• Managing Mini-T project (HSE) and Mini-T HSE team

Requirements for Candidate

• University degree
• At least 7 years of experience in HSE in international companies including vast experience of working in international environment

• Knowledge of D-Pont HSE methodologies, OHSAS 18000 standard, Russian HSE legislation (including environmental),

• Knowledge of CIS countries mentalities, ability to work on high level –with General directors, good knowledge of mining technologies would b e a plus, good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, working at heights standards, technologies and regulation in Russia.

• Knowledge of construction technologies and HSE requirements would be a plus.

• Project management skills

• Fluent English
